    Recipe:

    1.  Preparation work

Cut potatoes into wedges,boil a pot of water, add potatoes. Cook the potato throughly and take it out. Mince garlic and rosemary.

2.  Pan-fry the potatoes

Melt half of the butter in a pan. Add all the minced garlic and rosemary, stir-fry until you smell the aroma. Add in potatoes, add all the Cajun seasoning and 1 teaspoon of salt, stir-fry over low heat

3 Clean the pan and melt the remaining butter. Pan-fry the beef patty untill it is golden brown on one side, flip to the other side and cook it until brown. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Turn the heat low and cook the patty to your prefer doness(Sear for 15 min to obtain medium-well done).

4.  Make the hamburger

Heat the buns in a pan for 2-3 minute until it is golden-colored. Spread some mayonnaise on the bun, layer the lettuce, the beef and lastly the cheddar cheese before caping with another bun.

5.  Plate your dish

Lay the fried potato and burger on a plate. Enjoy hot!
