This is a typical all taco in tortilla. It is strongly recommended that you enjoy this dish by the one who holds your hand and without folk and knife. You can even find the color of the Mexican flag in taco! Taco is a traditional Mexican food made from corn or wheat, corn, similar to “Laobing” in China, fold or filled in. Ingredients:
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper;
- 2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning;
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil;
- 1 Tablespoon Mascarpone Cheese;
- 1 Tortilla;
- 1 Piece Chicken Breast;
- 1 Pack Lettuce;
- 1 Pack Mixed Vegetable;
Recipe:
1. Season the chicken
Season the chicken breast with 1 spoon of salt, pepper and all the cajun seasoning.
2. Stir fry the chicken
Heat the pan and add the vegetable oil. When the pan starts to smoke, add the chicken breast. When the chicken breast is half cooked, add onion. Pan fry it on low heat.
3. Add vegetable
When the onion starts to soften, add bell peppers and stir fry. When the bell peppers are cooked, add 1 spoon of salt. Stir briefly and set it aside.
4. Add mascarpone
Add mascarpone to the stuffing and mix well.
5. Heat tortilla
Heat tortilla in the pan. Heat both sides so it’s hot and soft.
6. Make the tortilla wrap
Lay lettuce on the tortilla, then chicken breast stuffing. Roll the tortilla and halve it if it’s too big. Now it’s time to dig in!
